Why This Matters for Stallings

Stallings is growing and thriving — but like many towns, it’s also facing change. From rising costs to aging infrastructure, every community is learning how to do more with less. At the same time, national challenges — in the economy, politics, and technology — are increasingly shaping what happens right here at home.

What this means for Stallings: We cannot simply rely on yesterday’s ways of doing things. We need leaders who can anticipate, adapt, and deliver — not just on technology, but on everyday services, local resilience, and community trust.

My Leadership Record

A New Approach: Smart Leadership for a Modern City

As someone who has spent nearly two decades leading business transformation, I know how to make systems — and teams — work better. My background in AI, automation, analytics, and business intelligence isn’t just technical; it’s practical. It’s about using data and innovation to solve real-world problems.

Here’s what that could look like for Stallings:

  • Smarter Operations: Use data to track and improve town services — from road maintenance to emergency response — ensuring taxpayers get more value for every dollar.

  • Faster, More Transparent Government: Automate routine administrative work so staff can focus on serving residents, and so citizens can see how decisions are made in real time.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply analytics to anticipate needs — traffic, zoning, infrastructure — before they become crises.

  • Economic Readiness: Help local businesses harness technology and AI to stay competitive and create stable jobs.

  • Crisis Resilience: Build digital systems that keep communication, safety, and services running — no matter what happens nationally or globally.

In short: use modern tools to run Stallings like a well-managed organization — with the heart of a hometown.

The Vision for Stallings

Services

Stability

Strong Community

Service-oriented local government
Every town service matters — roads, parks, emergency services, local economy, civic engagement. I believe local leadership must be responsive, transparent and focused on measurable results.

Strengthening our resilience
In times where national systems may shift, our town must be able to stand steady. We’ll focus on:

  • Ensuring our local infrastructure (communications, utilities, emergency response) is prepared.

  • Supporting our small businesses so they can thrive, providing jobs and stability locally.

  • Being ready for whatever change comes — economic or societal — so our families, our neighbours, our kids aren’t caught off-guard.

Investing in people and community
Stallings thrives when people feel connected, respected and safe. That means:

  • Broadening civic participation so all voices are heard.

  • Ensuring our growth is smart, sustainable and inclusive.

  • Strengthening our schools, parks, and community hubs so families feel a sense of belonging.
